# AGPL-3.0 第 7 条附加条款

本条款仅适用于 Fleix 有权许可的柜算原创代码和相应作者声明，不改变第三方组件的许可。与根目录 LICENSE 中未经修改的 AGPL-3.0 正文一并适用。

## 1. 合理作者署名（第 7(b) 条）

保留本项目源码中的版权及许可声明。包含该原创代码的交互式版本，应在其“适当法律声明”（见 AGPL 第 0 条）中，以用户正常可见、容易访问且清晰可读的方式保留“柜算 · 原作者 Fleix”或含义相同的作者归属声明。

现有网页及桌面界面可在页脚展示；界面经过重新设计时，可使用容易访问的“关于 / 开源许可”页面。不得通过隐藏、遮挡或不可读的样式规避。无需照搬本项目整体视觉设计，不强制保留图标、宣传标语或邮箱，也不要求在每个页面及每份用户报告中重复展示。

## 2. 修改版本标识（第 7(c) 条）

对外提供修改版本时，应在上述声明附近清楚注明“修改版”，并列出修改者名称及修改日期或版本标识；不得将该修改版描述为 Fleix 的未修改官方版本。此要求不替代 AGPL 第 5 条规定的修改通知义务。

## 3. 不增加其他限制

本条款不禁止商用、收费、再分发或合法修改，不扩大 AGPL 对源码提供义务的适用范围，不要求公开私人修改、用户数据或与本程序无关的独立软件。源码提供及同协议许可义务按 AGPL 原文执行。

For original material in this project that Fleix is entitled to license, the
following terms supplement AGPL-3.0 under sections 7(b) and 7(c). They do not
change third-party licenses.

Preserve copyright and license notices in the source. Interactive works
containing this material must preserve the reasonable author attribution
“柜算 · 原作者 Fleix” (or an equivalent attribution) in their Appropriate Legal
Notices as defined by AGPL section 0. Display it legibly and accessibly, for
example in the existing footer or an easily accessible About / Licenses view
in a redesigned interface. Do not hide, obscure, or render it illegible.
No particular logo, visual design, promotional tagline, email address, or
repetition on every screen or user-generated report is required.

When providing modified versions to others, identify them as modified near
that attribution and identify the modifier and modification date or version.
Do not misrepresent them as an unmodified official version from Fleix. This
does not replace AGPL section 5's modification-notice obligations.

These terms impose no prohibition on commercial use, charging, redistribution,
or lawful modification, and do not expand the AGPL's source obligations to
private modifications, user data, or unrelated independent software.
